WASHINGTON – The U.S. Office of Housing and City Advancement (HUD) is providing $2,472,310 in American Rescue System (ARP) funding. Eleven HUD Fair Housing Initiatives Plan (FHIP) agencies will use the revenue to beat housing discrimination connected to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The funds – awarded below FHIP’s Non-public Enforcement Initiative (PEI) – are the 2nd round of ARP funding centered on the unequal influence that the COVID-19 pandemic has experienced on communities of shade, low-income communities and other susceptible populations.
